1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in giveaways. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Giveaways

Giftpull hosts daily giveaways. Winners are selected fairly and notified via email and/or SMS. Prizes are non-transferable.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse Giftpull for fraudulent activity, spam, or any action that could disrupt the platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

Giftpull is not responsible for technical errors, delays, or third-party services (e.g., payment apps) used for prize distribution.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.

6. Messaging Consent and Opt-Out

By signing up or participating in Giftpull giveaways, you consent to receive transactional SMS and email notifications related to prize results and account activity. Giftpull does not send marketing or promotional messages.

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. To re-enable messages, reply START. You may also opt out of emails by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each message.
